Samsung Galaxy S4 - How to resolve Error 500 on Google Play Store?

Hi dear friends,

Last two days I am getting error 500 when I try to update some apss on play store.

Never mind soultion, I have also tried clearing the cache, force stop it, changed gmail accounts & also rebooted the phone. But problem is still persist.

Can anybody offer any suggestion/ faced this type of issue?

This usually means that your Access Point Name (APN) settings are incorrect. They need to be reset, following the instructions below:

Reset the Access Point Name (APN) settings to default as originally supplied on your SIM card by your telecom provider:
  • Open the Applications tab and tap Settings.
  • Tap Wireless Controls or Wireless & Networks.
  • Tap Mobile Networks and then Access Point Names.
  • Tap the Menu icon and select Reset to default.

Hope this helps.

1) Go to recovery wipe cache 2) Go to advanced 3) Wipe dalvik cache 4) Fix permission 5) Reboot
