Nexus 7(2013) won't startup anymore?

Hello friends, Today I am very disappointed because my brand new nexus 7(2013) would not start and it only goes in fastboot mode with the message fastboot mode no boot or recovery image.

it was working fine till yesterday.

Could you help me out in this situation?

Try these following steps:

From home screen go to Home > Menu > Settings > Privacy (on some devices, the option to factory reset is located under "Phone storage" instead of "Privacy")

- Press Factory data reset
- Press Reset phone or Reset tablet

After you doing the factory reset, you'll need to sign into your device with the same primary Google Account you were using before in order to sync your purchased apps and other content.

If you're still unable to get to your Settings menu, follow the given steps below:

◉ Power down your device

◉ Press and hold both volume keys and the power button to enter Bootloader mode

◉ Press the volume keys to cycle to the Recovery mode option

◉ Press the power button to select Recovery mode

◉ From the Recovery mode screen, press and hold the Power button then press the Volume up button.

◉ Use the volume buttons to select wipe data/factory reset.

◉ Select Yes -- delete all user data.

◉ The factory data reset process will now start. Once its finished, select 'Reboot system now.

Hope this can solve your issue.

Does you have downloaded any app recently? which has malware, which cause this issue with your device? do you have tried to boot it from any other way?
