Step 1: First of all download Hurricane ROM Android 4.3.1 On Galaxy Note 2 and google apps to your PC.

Step 2: Now connect your device via USB cable to your computer

Step 3: Now copy the downloaded above zip file and paste it to your phone′s SD card. Be sure not in any folder, but in SD card root.

Step 4: Now turn it off your device then unplug it from USB cable.

Step 5: Now to enter in Recovery Mode turn on your device, then continue with pressing and holding( Volume up +Volume Down + Power) button simultaneously.

Step 6: Now to Do the full data wipe in ClockWorkMod recovery, then find this: ‘flash zip from SD card’ then use your Power button to select it.

Step 7: Now use the Power button again by pressing it to choose “choose zip from sdcard”.

Step 8: Use the volume keys to go to the downloaded zip file you pasted to SD card, then choose it using the Power button. Then on the next screen confirm the installation for it to begin.

Step 9: Now after the installation complete then reboot your Galaxy Note 2, by choosing the “reboot system now” on the recovery.

Now your Galaxy Note 2 will take some time to reboot
