Note:- Make sure you have backed up all your data including apps, media files, wallpapers and so on. Also backup your personal settings because this process removes everything from your device, and put it to its original factory settings.

To hard reset(soft reset) your LG OPTIMUS F5 AS870 from the phone menu:

Step 1: From home screen Go to Settings.

Step 3: Now select "Backup and Reset".
Step 4: Select "Factory data reset".
Step 5: Now reset phone.
Step 6: Now Delete all.
